In 2001 I doctored up an image lampooning my boss for his Diet Coke habit…\u00a0 <\/font><\/p>\n

This is the office that my boss Scott R. was using in January of 2000.\u00a0 Scott would fly in from St. Louis almost every week, and we’d stop at the convenience store so he could fill up on Diet Coke.\u00a0 It was something of a joke in the office – “Just how thirsty is Scott?’<\/font><\/p>\n

So after he left one week, I took his three big cups and placed them in different locations, took multiple pictures, and superimposed them into one image.<\/font><\/p>\n

By March of 2002, Scott had moved to another cubicle, and had accumulated a few more cups.\u00a0 He was willing to pose for this photo, and I added the extra cups in later that night…

In July of 2002 I was moving the Puritan Bennett Oxygen Systems engineering development group from Indiana to California.<\/font><\/p>\n

I call this image “My HELiOS Nightmare”<\/em>, where I am surrounded by hundreds of oxygen tanks to be set up for testing.
\n<\/font><\/p>\n

…there were really only about a half-dozen units, the rest were photoshopped in using layers…<\/font><\/p>\n

No, I really don’t work with three computer monitors at the same time.\u00a0\u00a0I Photoshopped them in, too!\u00a0 No, actually, these were leftovers from the rest of the engineering department, before I had shipped everything out to California.

Finally, late in the evening on my last day, I had everything wrapped up…
\n\u00a0<\/font><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

…and I could kick back and relax.
\n<\/font><\/p>\n

…and then worry about moving and finding a new job…<\/font><\/p>\n
